Andrea currently works as the Head of Digital Innovation and Transformation at Synlab Group - a world leading company in Medical Diagnostics. Prior to this, Andrea worked at McKinsey & Company in Italy where he started out as an Associate but quickly rose to become a Junior Engagement Manager.
Andrea's passion for mentoring talent has seen him become a RocketBlocks coach where he helps candidates break-in to their dream consulting career.
He is a graduate from the prestigious Italian Naval Academy and has Masters degrees in management and naval science from the University of Pisa.
